ConsumeSmart is an AI-powered pantry management platform that helps users:

• Track grocery items and expiry dates through receipt scanning
• Receive personalized recipe suggestions based on available ingredients
• Monitor nutrition intake and receive health insights
• Reduce food waste and save money on groceries
• Access AI-powered features for food classification and meal planning

The Service is currently in development. Features described may change before and after launch.

7. AI-Generated Content

ConsumeSmart uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as recipe suggestions, nutrition insights, and item classification. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• Recipe suggestions may not account for all allergies or dietary restrictions
• Expiry date estimates are approximations and should not replace proper food safety practices
• Nutrition information is estimated and may not be completely accurate
• You should use your own judgment when making food consumption decisions

ConsumeSmart is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or food safety advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by ConsumeSmart and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The ConsumeSmart name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ConsumeSmart. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
